My progress
One score tells you where you are. Two scores, taken 30 days apart with real practice in between, start to tell you whether anything actually changed.

How to judge improvement honestly
- Re-assess after at least 30 days of deliberate practice, not after a good week.
- A self-assessment measures self-perception. Real change shows up when colleagues notice it too.
- Ask two people the same question each cycle: "what is one thing I do well, and one thing I could change?"
- Small, sustained movement across two cycles matters more than one large jump.
Scores can also go down after honest reflection. That is usually a sign of better self-awareness, not worse communication.
Peer and manager feedback
Coming soonA future version would invite three colleagues to rate the same six dimensions, then show the gap between how you see yourself and how others experience you. That gap is usually where the fastest development happens.
